About
Progress is made in the struggle; if we’re not struggling, we’re stagnant. People are inherently resilient and resourceful, but sometimes we bump up against something that leaves us feeling stuck or disconnected. If you have found yourself reading this, perhaps you’re tired of feeling “stagnant” or you feel ready to wrestle with the issues bringing you to therapy. I work to provide a space where my clients feel safe to shift from shame to curiosity and compassion in order to re-connect with self, others, and the world around them.
Through traditional talk therapy, parts work/inner child healing, animal assisted interventions, somatic work, and more, I assist my clients in navigating trauma, family of origin issues, body image concerns, and depression and anxiety. I also help facilitate healing and connection through Trauma-Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.
I often have a fluffy therapy dog present in the office; she is a standard poodle named Fable. If interested, sessions can be held on the farm with goats, horses, mini donkeys, chickens, and pigs. It is an honor and privilege to meet someone where they are and walk with them along their journey. Are you ready to face the struggle?
