Progress is made in the struggle; if we’re not struggling, we’re stagnant. People are inherently resilient and resourceful, but sometimes we bump up against something that leaves us feeling stuck or disconnected. If you have found yourself reading this, perhaps you’re tired of feeling “stagnant” or you feel ready to wrestle with the issues bringing you to therapy. I am dedicated to assisting my clients in navigating trauma, family of origin issues, eating disorders, body image concerns, and depression and anxiety. I also enjoy working with first responders and their families, and neurodivergent individuals!

Utilizing traditional talk therapy, parts work/inner child healing, animal assisted interventions, somatic work, and more, each client’s experience is tailored to suit their individual needs. I cultivate a space where my clients feel safe to shift from shame to curiosity and compassion in order to re-connect with Self, others, and the world around them.

My partner in creating this healing environment is a fluffy therapy dog named Fable who is often present in the office. It is an honor and privilege to meet someone where they are and walk with them along their journey. Are you ready to face the struggle?
