You know you need to prioritize yourself but you’re not sure how. It’s like you’ve been living life by other people’s rules. You want to figure out how to live more authentically. Like my clients, you tend to be a people pleaser, but you don’t know how else to be. Together, we will work to shift the dynamics in your relationships, rewrite your self-talk, & create freedom to show up differently in the world, in your relationships, and for yourself.

I believe that you can find your true self & that starts with the comfort you have with your therapist. You can be real here. You can cuss, be sarcastic, be silly, & say the inside thoughts out loud. Your emotions aren’t too big here. You won't be judged for anything you think or do. Therapy can be hard work, but we can also laugh, connect, & let go.

I’m trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma focused tool, that helps you leave the session with flexibility to move through what’s keeping you stuck.
