About
My first goal is to form meaningful connections with each of my clients; I want to get to know you better as a whole person and aim to create a calm and supportive environment to help you work through issues that may be impacting your life, while helping you develop skills to adapt and move forward.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with years of experience providing compassionate counseling to adult individuals in residential and outpatient settings. I am licensed to practice in CT and MA. I operate from a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective while integrating a variety of evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and SFBT).
Through my own experience as both a therapist and a client, I’ve learned that one of the most important factors of positive outcomes in therapy is the quality of the relationship formed between the client and therapist. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all deal, so I collaborate and tailor my approaches to your unique needs. I’m not afraid to get creative!
