I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults for over 20 years. I have daytime, evening, and weekend hours available. I enjoy working with a variety of clients, such as new and experienced parents, students going off to college, and individuals who are looking to boost their self-esteem. I specialize in helping people identify, understand, and cope with their anxiety. I also offer parent coaching and grief counseling. I am happy to be a resource in the New Providence and Berkeley Heights area.
I am an LCSW, certified school social worker, and school counselor. I have helped students of all ages with school issues. My award winning children's book series is called, Lily's Little Life Lessons. I am honored to have written two of my books for the NJ Sharing Network.
I really enjoy the work that I do. It is a privilege to be able to help others develop coping skills and build their self-esteem so that they can live a better quality of life. I am here and ready to listen.
