I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Registered Play Therapist in Georgia specializing in anxiety, childhood trauma, behavior concerns, and ADHD. I'm also a certified school counselor and work primarily with children ages 3-12 and their families, as well as adults who might have received an ADHD diagnosis later in life and are looking for support in navigating both the emotional and concrete symptoms of ADHD. I use an integrative approach to establish trust and safety, and provide a compassionate environment where clients feel confident to express themselves in ways that feel most authentic to them.

I use both directive and non-directive approaches, such as client-centered, synergetic, Internal Family Systems, DBT, CBT and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients process their experiences, build resilience, and develop skills to be the best version of themselves, now and in the future.

I believe all behavior is a form of communication, and together, we can explore what you and/or your child’s behavior is trying to say to build greater growth, life balance and genuine connections.
