I work with individuals who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, or personality disorders and feels stuck in unhelpful patterns. They want a safe and supportive space to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment. Their goals may include building self-awareness, learning healthier coping skills, and creating lasting changes that lead to greater confidence, stability, and fulfillment. They are ready to be understood, supported, and empowered to move forward in their healing journey.
I help patients ages 5+ navigate depression, anxiety, eating disorders, personality disorders, and more by creating a safe, supportive space for growth. Together we build insight, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop healthier coping skills. My goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful changes.
