I specialize in relational & trauma focused therapy, including EMDR, for adults who want to get unstuck from the past and feel more deeply connected to themselves. Clients come to me looking for a warm, attuned, and engaging therapy experience where they can show up just as they are and know that they’re sitting with someone who is deeply invested in them.
