Drawing from my history of work in military psychology, I specialize in helping individuals navigate complex trauma, stress, and unresolved experiences. I specialize in treating trauma-related concerns, OCD (using Exposure and Response Prevention), depression, anxiety, life transitions, burnout, and stress management. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and other evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s needs.
My style is warm, collaborative, and active! I deeply listen while also helping clients identify patterns, develop skills, and move toward greater confidence and stability.
