You are not alone! Struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, and wondering why your relationships seem so hard is a lonely place to be. Trust is so important and yet so hard to figure out. You know you don't trust people but also don't know how to fix it. I have step by step actions to help you learn how to trust others and yourself. Solutions to your problems do exist and I love teaching them to people.
I use a step by step plan to build trust, recognize how to trust others, and work through the grief of guilt and shame for past mistakes. I provide skills to build your self-esteem, track your progress, and reduce your anxiety. If your relationships are falling apart we can work on communication tactics to help build better connection to those you love.
When we are lonely, hurting and confused we tend to pick up not so great habits to cope. I am proud of you for finding a way to survive, even if right now it is less than healthy. Together we can turn it all around. I am not your typical therapist. We will laugh, we will work together as a team, and I'm going to teach you how to live a happier life.

Groups
Will consider a DBT skills group if needed,
If enough interest is expressed by current clients I will arrange to create and establish a weekly DBT group as needed to teach, practice, and share skill building techniques. Groups would have a limit of 6 members due to Telehealth to ensure all members have time to contribute. Group sessions would be weekly and cost $40 per week to attend, If you have this interest please let me know during your intake or any time thereafter.
