Or noticed your child or teen is overwhelmed, withdrawn, or struggling to adapt to a new school or peer group? Maybe you’ve noticed big feelings showing up in ways that are hard to understand or manage.
All people deserve to feel safe within their minds and bodies. Yet difficult experiences and life transitions can make that sense of safety feel out of reach. I specialize in supporting individuals ages 10 and up as they navigate anxiety, depression, and the lingering impact of trauma.
I tailor our work to the unique needs of each life stage and always work at your pace. I use an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach to understand the intricate parts of who you are, and incorporate CBT and DBT skill building for day-to day management. My approach is strengths-based, relational, and direct, which clients report as warm and clarifying.
We will build trust, process challenging experiences, and strengthen your or your child’s inner resources to build calm and resilience.
