In working with clients, I aim to provide a safe, welcoming space in which we can work collaboratively to best promote positive change and learning. Each client is different and I strive to meet you where you are and meet what you may need help with at the time. With a Person-Centered viewpoint as my base to how I approach therapy, I bring genuineness, empathy and a strong, unconditional positive regard to our sessions as we strive to build a therapeutic relationship that will help you on your journey. You'll see me be me, quirky side notes and all. I want to invite you to be you in our sessions!
By approaching things from an eclectic point of view, I bring in skills from a variety of standpoints and work with a wide range of specialties, including but not limited to: neurodiversity, life changes, anxiety, depression and trauma. I work with clients to understand how our past lived experiences may impact us and make positive changes in the present.
It is my passion to help those who may be struggling and feeling stuck, as we all do sometimes. I would be happy to have a meet and greet session with you in which we can have a 15-minute conversation about what you may be needing help with and are wanting to work on in therapy. Feel free to reach out with an email or call!
