I work with autistic teens and adults, ADHDers, and other neurodivergent individuals who want to better understand themselves, manage anxiety and burnout, and build lives that work with their brains rather than against them. My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and LGBTQ+ affirming. As a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and LPC-Associate, I combine counseling with disability advocacy and practical strategies to support sensory needs, executive functioning, and life transitions.

I help clients better understand brains and develop practical strategies for anxiety, burnout, sensory overwhelm, executive functioning, and life transitions. Therapy with me focuses on self-understanding, skill building, and creating systems that support the way your brain works.

Many neurodivergent people have spent years feeling misunderstood or trying to fit into systems that were not built for them. Therapy can be a place to explore who you are, what you need, and how to move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
