I work to provide a collaborative approach to treatment with my clients by developing goals that address their needs and what they hope to achieve in therapy.
I provide counseling services to children and adults from the ages of 14 and up. The majority of my clients experience anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, sexuality, or gender identity issues. My primary treatment modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Psychotherapy and Acceptance and Committment Therapy
