As the Greek Philosopher, Heraclitus, stated, "The only constant in life is change." We all experience transitions in life, but we do not need to go through them alone. Similar to hiring an architect when building a house, or a personal trainer when working on fitness goals, my role is to assist you in navigating your way through the twists and turns of life's transitions.
I am certified in Internal Family Systems which is a non-pathologizing therapeutic modality that focuses on personal growth and healing. I am also a Certified Sex Therapist through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists.
I intend to provide a safe and compassionate virtual space for you to explore and process the various thoughts, feelings, and emotions that accompany life transitions. Using evidence-based modalities, you will learn how to healthily adapt to life's ever-changing circumstances.
