I have experience working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I frequently use a combination of CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, ACT, and person-centered therapy in addition to other approaches. When working with teenagers, I include parents because they play an important role in their teenager's life.
I offer both telehealth (SC and FL) and office visits (SC only). I accept most major insurances for SC residents and UnitedHealth and Cigna for FL residents. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to determine if I would be a good fit for your therapy needs.
