About
I offer psychotherapy rooted within a contemporary and creative psychodynamic frame. Patients who come to me may be experiencing a broad range of concerns, including, but not limited to: grief, anxiety & depression, existential malaise, pregnancy loss, infertility, reproductive concerns, creative blocks, heartbreak, and relationship difficulties. These are also patients who want to understand, more fully, the roots of their suffering, find greater freedom, process deeply held grief, accept painful realities, and re-imagine their lives.
I cultivate a private space in which I aim to encourage you to freely express and explore your innermost thoughts, curiosities, difficulties, dreams, and hopes. Together, I can assist you in increasing insight into your areas of suffering and symptoms, to help you grow and learn from the messages they hold, and to feel less burdened and pained by them.
In addition to psychodynamic approaches, I also have a background in humanistic psychology, existentialism, grief-work, and women’s psychology. I welcome prospective patients to e-mail me (rather than call me) for more information.
