My practice is unique! I offer an eco-centric, strengths-based approach for climate-related issues, such as climate anxiety, dread & grief, resiliency, solution-focused recovery, and Earth-conscious lifestyle reorientation. I also treat common co-occurring life concerns: relationship issues; family dynamics; depression; anxiety; trauma; grief & loss; transitions; stress management; neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, mild OCD, mild-TBI); conflict resolution; Nonviolent Communication; self-regulation; codependency; self-compassion; and improving mindful-awareness. Sessions are outdoors (in person) or via telehealth.
I specialize in eco-arts climate-aware therapy, with nature and the arts as co-therapists. Developed for people sensitive to climate change and cultural issues in urban or rural farming communities, regenerative AG, permaculture, STEAM professions, legal and political spheres, and concerned citizens working towards climate and Earth systems solutions.
