I best support children, adolescents, and young adults presenting with a variety of concerns such as self-esteem, boundary setting, family dynamics, interpersonal relationships, body image, identity exploration, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and more. Rooted in a strengths-based and relational approach, my practice is guided by a deep respect for each client’s unique story and experiences.

I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Humanistic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solutions Focused, & Play/Creative Therapies. Beyond these traditional modalities, my experience in art therapy, yoga, & mindfulness allows for a truly integrative and creative approach to care.
