I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, including Anorexia, Bulimia and ARFID. I am CBT/DBT trained and utilize that modality eclectically to treat personality disorders including borderline, complex trauma conditions, major depression, anxiety disorders as well as bipolar conditions and substance use disorders. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and support individuals considering gender transition. I offer electrotherapy services via Alpha Stim concurrently with talk therapy.
My job is to help you carry the weight of your inner struggles and support you in creating a plan that will resolve the issues. I offer direct, solution focused treatment options and support you in challenging unhelpful thoughts and behaviors so you may see yourself as more than your mental health struggles.
I offer day time and evening appointments both face to face and telehealth for those with traditional 9-5 work schedules and am happy to offer a free consultation to confirm I will be a good fit for your needs.
