I specialize in the treatment of trauma, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety and relationship struggles. I’ve worked closely with individuals dealing with addictions and everyday life situations that could attribute to feelings of being alone and isolation. Emotions can be very scary, and I am here to help you not be so afraid and to have trust in yourself
Oftentimes, we carry the weight of our past, and past traumas that have not been fully resolved and they distort our present by continuously replaying in our relationships, with family, work and everyday life. I will help be a witness and bring clarity and a presence to explore and process old thought patterns and restore with new meaning and insight.
