I work with individuals, couples and families in areas of relationships, stress and life transitions, and I'm licensed in Colorado and Missouri. My focus is providing a safe and calm, non-judgmental atmosphere that fosters relief, rebalance and resilience for my clients. Specific conditions include: grief, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and other mood disorders, adjustment disorder, stress disorders, and life adjustment with a mental health diagnosis. I also specialize in family of origin (FOO) issues, for example, enmeshment, boundaries, adult individuation and self-psychology, and coping with family problems.
Some of my clients are facing changes with work or health, starting or ending relationships, or struggling with mental illness and the impact on their life and choices. As couples, clients are dealing with family pressures, job loss, dream loss or financial crisis. Life can bring new relationships, moving in, marriage, divorce and other changes.
