I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Health Psychology and over 21 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life’s many challenges. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale—a space where you are heard, supported, and accepted without judgment.
