I am a certified Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT) and have also also been trained in EMDR. I incorporate many elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
