Struggling with anxiety or OCD can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. As a collaborative therapist, I balance casual, open discussion with direct interventions to help you make meaningful progress. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), all within a trauma-informed framework.

I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety related disorders, with emphasis on Exposure and Response Prevention. I work with adults and children (10+) to help them break free from the grip of anxiety and OCD. Together, we'll develop practical strategies to challenge unhelpful patterns, build resilience, and regain control over your life.

Starting therapy can be intimidating - almost as much as having OCD or other anxiety disorders. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I will help you find and use the courage within you to start fighting back against the anxiety holding you down.
