Welcome to my page, it is nice to meet you! I work with clients in my office in Berkeley, as well as virtually throughout California. Reaching out to a therapist takes courage, and you have taken the first step toward making changes in your life. We will work together in ways that nurture curiosity and compassion, we will look at what troubles you and what brings you hope. We will be attentive to the past, and yet our focus will be on how the past's legacy is impacting your life now. Our time will bring you more calm and ease.
