I specialize in women in their mid-20s and 30s who feel stuck in "people-pleasing" and unsure how to honor their feelings without guilt. Many of the women I support are thoughtful, faith-driven, and tired of silencing themselves in the name of being “good” or “kind.” In our work together, we focus on integrating emotional honesty with faith, setting healthier boundaries, and building confidence that doesn’t require self-abandonment. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and centered on helping you move forward with clarity and trust.

Therapy with me is not about having all the answers or saying the “right” things it’s about having a safe, supportive place to be honest, to feel seen, and to begin making sense of what you’re walking through. I strive to be someone in your corner a steady, compassionate presence who can walk alongside.
