I aim to create a warm safe and honest space for your healing and growth. I am able to treat many issues including, Couples therapy- Level 1 certified in Gottman Couples Therapy. Teens that are dealing with academic social pressures, substance abuse, binge drinking, anxiety & depression Women & men diagnosed with chronic autoimmune illnesses Postpartum Depression / perinatal mood disorders - I work with women & couples, during this very emotional and fragile time. I am also certified level 1 in EMDR, a trauma focused treatment for PTSD.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Client Centered Therapy. I have also completed the Level 1 training through the Gottman Couples Institute. Gottman is an evidenced based approach to Couples Therapy. EMDR is an evidence based trauma based therapy. I adapt sessions to meet your needs and goals, making the therapeutic setting unique for you.
I am certified in the assessment and treatment of perinatal mood disorders by Postpartum Support International. My wide variety of expertise helps to create a well rounded, safe and nurturing environment.
