I believe therapy is about empowering individuals to acquire the skills and confidence needed to create meaningful changes in their lives.
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I provide evidence-based treatment that is tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. I work with adolescents and adults, with a special focus on the challenges of emerging adulthood.
With extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP), I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety. Additionally, I work with mood and personality disorders through a dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)-informed approach, and I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma.
My therapeutic approach is empathic, collaborative, and infused with a good sense of humor. Reach out today for a complimentary consultation to see if we're a good fit.
