I specialize in working with individuals and couples, using a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs. My work is primarily guided by attachment theory and an understanding of how trauma impacts emotional well-being. I integrate several therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, parts work, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
My role as your therapist is to be a partner as you seek healing and growth so that you can flourish through any circumstance.
