Marriage & Family Therapist Associate, MS

Some recognize a problem early on and know that it is wise to seek guidance. Others, wait and try to handle matters themselves, thinking of therapy as something that is only needed for the really sick people. However, therapy can be beneficial long before the problem gets too challenging, as well as when we think we are beyond our ability to cope. As a therapist, my goal is to help promote the kind of change that makes the everyday problems less burdensome. We can work together to find the underlying issues, establish goals and create an action plan.
We cannot separate our personal struggles from our relationships. When we struggle, it affects those around us. Likewise, the people we love the most can cause us the most pain. Whether you choose individual or family counseling, we will explore your personal challenges, while considering how they affect your relationships.
I offer counseling to treat a variety of needs. Though a specialist is sometimes necessary, no struggle is too big or too small for therapy. Whether you are struggling with everyday challenges such as stress and anxiety or trauma, I would be honored to be part of your journey.
