Exploring new paths, breaking patterns and healing can be intimidating but it is also exciting. What I hope to provide for each of my clients as we work together: a place where it is safe to be both vulnerable and brave as you work towards healing and meeting your own goals. My focus is working with women, LGBTQ+ individuals, especially those in the helping professions and poly/ethically non monogamous relationships or those attempting to navigate ADHD and/or OCD.

For two decades, I was a teacher and have an inside look at the compassion fatigue, burn out and secondary trauma that many of those in the caring professions face. I love working with individuals to help gain a better understanding of themselves. I have a particular focus on women's issues, ADHD, OCD, infertility and compassion fatigue.

I have a background and focus in ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and School Issues. I have extensive experience in working with creating and implementing IEP/504 plans as well as helping create supports for daily life. I also offer in person and online sessions which allows me to work with folks across the state, those who travel or those who are in college.
