I combine talk therapy with specialized therapies targeted to your specific needs and areas in which you wish to grow. Therapy is geared toward your needs, not the therapist's direction.
I am truly excited about advances in neuroscience and I combine much of brain science with various counseling therapies. This is particularly important in trauma work and with mood challenges. But understanding how our brain works helps in all areas of counseling from couples work to growing as a person in our world.
Your individual beliefs, spirituality and lifestyle choices are important to me and to our counseling together.
