A postdoc fellow at New Insights Behavioral Health, Dr. Rodríguez specializes in long-term outpatient treatment of complex developmental trauma, posttraumatic stress, chronic depression, and co-occurring substance/alcohol use disorders. Her expertise includes adverse childhood experiences, intimate partner/domestic violence, adult children of alcoholics, generational trauma, and chronic suicide and self-harm behaviors. She also provides structured interventions, executive functioning support, and skills training for adults with ADHD and autism, helping individuals enhance daily functioning and improve overall quality of life.
