I believe in a delicate balance of support and challenge, and I will work with you to help you fully be your true, authentic self.
Though I treat various presenting concerns and see clients from all walks of life, I specialize in providing LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy and am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. EMDR therapy is an effective, evidence-based treatment for trauma/distress. I also incorporate parts work.
