I work with relationship challenges, life transitions, attachment wounds, grief, emotional regulation, self-esteem, self-compassion, and women's empowerment. For couples, I am a trained Building Lasting Connections facilitator and offer weekend intensives and five-week workshops throughout the year. Designed for premarital and long-term couples alike, these workshops strengthen attachment, communication, conflict resolution, and shared future.
