I believe who you are is not something in need of fixing. When we feel stuck or disconnected, life feels profoundly more stressful. I work with individuals who are finally ready to take that first step on their path towards self discovery or have already begun the process on their own. During our work together, my goal is to establish a meaningful relationship with a shared sense of ownership for your treatment. The greatest predictor of treatment success is the therapeutic alliance between the therapist and client. I connect with my clients through empathy, compassion humor and metaphor.
In my talk therapy practice, I employ a Relational, Emotionally Focused and Acceptance based approach in order to help you heal your relationship with yourself. Together we will work as a team to develop insight and explore some of the unconscious material taking up space in your day to day life.
