Being a high school teacher for over a decade, I am especially invested in the Madison and surrounding communities of adolescents whom I passionately work with weekly. I specialize in adolescent, adult, and couple issues of birth trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, identity, sexuality, transitions, divorce, school, relationship, and sickness.
My dual careers in psychotherapy and education provide a unique vantage point in working with adolescent, adult, and family issues, including but not limited to adolescent transitions, marital conflict, and college issues. I also am committed to helping women in the midst of home and work stressors, including parenting, attachment, breastfeeding, and birth trauma difficulty.
