My approach is trauma-informed, weight-inclusive, and dare I say - sometimes kind of fun! I use two main tools in therapy: parts-oriented insight, and body-based integration. That means we’ll explore the stories running in the background of your mind and work to rewire how they show up in your body - so they can start to work FOR you instead of against you.
