My goal is to help you find calm in the chaos, build confidence, and navigate these specific transitions with practical tools and emotional support, so you can embrace life transitions with hope and peace. I am a dedicated therapist with a specialized focus on women's health, including prenatal and postpartum health.
As a Perinatal Mental Health Certified Counselor (PMH-C), I have specialized training supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and pregnancy loss. My sessions offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore your feelings and develop coping strategies tailored to your unique journey as a mom or mom-to-be.
