My goal is to help change/restructure your thoughts whilst bringing a solution-oriented approach to help you conquer and take control of your future. I provide support, empathy and empowerment to all clients as we work towards leading you to living a happier, healthier and productive life.
I specialize in working primarily with individuals and families. I employ an Eclectic approach pulling primarily from Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Family Systems and Humanistic Therapy to help meet the unique needs of each client.
I have offered in-home services for years and am willing to offer in-home therapy for clients that may have difficulty coming to an office for various reasons. This may be helpful for matters ranging from individuals facing depression to families dealing with a child (or children) exhibiting behavioral concerns.
