Groups
Parents Coaching Courage
I am offering a four-week, Zoom-based group for parents who want to better understand their child’s anxiety and feel more confident in how they respond to it. This group focuses on practical strategies to support your child while also taking care of your own stress and emotions. Together, we’ll explore how certain patterns—often ones that come from a place of love—can unintentionally keep anxiety going, and how small, thoughtful changes can help your child build confidence and independence. You’ll come away with tools to respond more calmly and effectively during difficult moments.

DBT Skills Group
I lead a 1.5-hour virtual DBT skills group via Zoom as part of our comprehensive DBT program. In this group, you’ll learn practical skills to better manage intense emotions, improve relationships, strengthen mindfulness, and cope more effectively with stress and distress. Please note that you will need to be working with an individual therapist to join.
