This life journey, so full of potential joy, grace and human intimacy, is a winding road. Exploring what keeps us from optimal positive relations and personal peace, health, and acceptance is what my work embodies. Each of us has unique strengths and challenges. My experience is working with depression, anxiety/stress, trauma/PTSD, relationship, parenting and family issues, grief and loss, life transitions, and spiritual crisis. I advocate and am available for premarital sessions for couples.
I use an integrative approach, respecting the perfection of where we are in the present as an opportunity to grow and learn more satisfying and effective ways of moving through challenges. My theoretical foundation is humanistic, person-centered, and holistic, embracing the integral connection between the body, mind and spirit.
An eclectic, collaborative, approach that considers individual needs in treatment includes modalities such as person-centered, mindfulness, solution-focused, intuitive insight, repatterining and cognitive-behavioral. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families and children.
