I specialize in working with adults in their late 20s to mid-30s who feel stuck navigating life transitions, struggle to communicate clearly in relationships, or feel disconnected from their own wants and needs. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and emotionally intelligent—but they still feel overwhelmed, unclear, or unsure how to move forward.
I’m Level 1 trained in EMDR and integrate it with somatic therapy and parts work to support trauma healing and clarity. With over a decade of experience teaching yoga and therapeutic movement, I bring a deeply body-centered approach to help clients feel safer, more connected, and better able to move through life with self-trust.
