Hi! It’s a pleasure to meet you! I know looking for someone to talk to can be scary (and a little bit frustrating) but I am here to help! I approach therapy a little bit differently than some; I think of it more of a relationship between two people with an emphasis on respect and honesty. I have worked with individuals’ who are survivors of sexual abuse, child abuse, sex offenders, diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder, anxiety and numerous of other diagnosis.
I specifically work with individuals’ who have trauma throughout their lives through different CBT and DBT techniques. Furthermore, I am going to be working towards my certified trauma certificate.
