Life is unpredictable and ever changing. Skilled at developing trusting relationships with clients, Rebecca helps them find their balance through the highs and lows of life's transitions. Rebecca comes from a place of empathy and understanding. She believes that creating a safe and non-judgmental space is key to personal growth and successful counseling. Rebecca strives to build clients' greatest strengths and help them recognize all their unique gifts.
Rebecca assists clients in learning ways to cope, heal, and develop skills to address a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship difficulties, trauma, abuse, bereavement and grief, aging related issues, low self-esteem.
Rebecca is from Illinois and received her Bachelor's in Arts degree in 1996 from Illinois State University. She received her Master's in Social Work in 2013 from Aurora University and moved to Texas in 2015 where she practices in south central Austin.
