Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to study with Master Counselor Demetrios Peratsakis, lead statewide counseling organizations, and train fellow therapists, and am now practicing in Richmond, VA. Whether you’re managing a high-stress career, empty nesting, hormonal shifts, or wondering where your desire or ambition went—you are worth the investment. I help women reclaim self-worth and vitality, and men confront pressure, isolation, or emotional shutdown.

Whether you come as a couple or solo, I offer a path forward. Couples move past gridlock. Individual work often starts with a goal—like overcoming burnout—and grows into meaningful change. I bring an intelligent, humorous, and empathetic style, grounded in Adlerian, Cognitive, EFT, and DBT theory. Currently work is private pay with a waitlist for insurance.
