Are you struggling with a life transition, perhaps facing a divorce or separation? If you have children, you may be wondering if they are going to be OK, especially if you do not feel like you are OK. Children are impacted emotionally by the same events that impact adults, but they process them differently. I have worked with a variety of clients- ranging from very young children to adults and couples. I have extensive training and experience in trauma - both childhood trauma and adult trauma. I am a certified Trauma therapist (CTT) and am certified in EMDR therapy.

I am dual licensed in both Tennessee and South Carolina. I am currently doing telehealth sessions for TN clients but am available for in person sessions in SC. I work with issues such as addiction, divorce, anxiety, depression, loss, trauma and adjustment to life transitions. I am also available for in person sessions with children ages 4-12 in SC.

I also enjoy working with couples, helping them to explore the core needs and vulnerabilities that have led them to a place of pain and conflict and helping them understand how knowing their core value can lead them to a place of healing and restoration in their marriage.
