My approach to therapy has developed through years of meditation practices, the study of holistic healing approaches, as well as training in psychotherapy. I am certified in Internal Family Systems therapy, a cutting edge method of working with trauma in a safe, collaborative, and compassionate way.
I am also trained in Somatic Experiencing, which is a psychobiological approach to healing trauma, relieving chronic stress, and healing emotional wounds.
