Beyond talk therapy. I believe that life should be meaningful and that the path from the head to the heart is the one that matters most. My goal is to help people connect to who they really are and feel good in their skin again. This requires making changes on a deep level. I am an active and directive therapist who will engage powerfully with you to help you make the oftentimes radical changes you seek. No more bandaids! I am a frequent teacher through TCU's extended adult education programs, as well as a speaker, group and retreat leader.
Individual work for men and women, workshops, weekend intensives, and a yearly Wise Woman Retreat. My work is of the deepest sort and is the next step for those seeking to truly understand and honor themselves. Nothing feels better than to know yourself.
Growing ourselves up emotionally is one of the most important jobs we will ever have.
